Refund & Cancellation Policy

NHCC Career Coach is operated by Naved Haqqi (sole proprietor), trading as Obizworks — AI Business Consultants. We provide time-limited access passes and one-off consulting services. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each product we sell. By purchasing any pass or service, you agree to the terms below.

Quick summary. Daily and Weekly passes are non-refundable once activated. Pre-paid consultations are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Custom AI agent commissions follow a milestone-based refund schedule documented in the engagement agreement.

1. Pass-based products (Daily Pass, Weekly Pro)

Daily Pass (Rs. 30) and Weekly Pro Pass (Rs. 100) are digital subscription credits that unlock career-coaching content for the duration purchased. Because access is granted instantly upon purchase and content is consumed immediately, these passes are non-refundable once activated.

Exception — if a technical fault on our side prevents access for more than 24 continuous hours within the pass duration, contact naved@obizworks.com within 7 days of the issue. We will issue a credit equal to unused pass time, redeemable against a future pass.

2. Pre-paid consultations

Consultation slots booked via the Business Hub appointment flow or directly through our team can be cancelled and refunded under the following conditions:

To cancel a consultation, email naved@obizworks.com with the booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Custom AI agent commissions

Custom AI agent builds (commissioned through the Business Hub) are bespoke engagements documented in a separate Engagement Agreement signed at project kickoff. Refund terms vary by milestone and are specified in that agreement. As a general framework:

4. Wallet credit top-ups

Wallet top-ups (deposits to your in-portal balance) are refundable to the original payment method only if no portion has been spent on a pass or service. Once any spend has occurred against the wallet, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases but cannot be cashed out.

5. Payment failures and duplicate charges

If you are charged but did not receive the corresponding pass or wallet credit, or if you see a duplicate charge for the same transaction, contact us within 30 days with your transaction reference (TID from JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank statement). We will investigate within 3 business days and reverse any erroneous charge to the original payment method.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email naved@obizworks.com with subject line "Refund request — [your full name] — [transaction date]".
  2. Include: payment method (JazzCash / EasyPaisa / bank), TID or transaction reference, amount, date, and reason for the request.
  3. We acknowledge receipt within 1 business day.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Settlement to your account depends on the payment provider (typically T+1 to T+5).
  5. If a refund is declined, we provide a written explanation referencing this policy.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate to the relevant payment gateway (JazzCash or EasyPaisa) within 30 days, which will mediate per their merchant agreement. Pakistani consumer protection law applies in addition to this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file for active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
