1. Who We Are

NHCC Career Coach is a division of Obizworks — AI Business Consultants, a sole proprietorship operated by Naved Haqqi from Khairagali, Murree, Pakistan. We operate the platform at nhcc.obizworks.com. Our contact email is naved@obizworks.com.

1a. Soft-Launch Preview Notice

NHCC is currently in soft-launch preview. All features are free during this period. Long-form content (career briefs, skill-gap analyses, trend digests) is curated weekly by our team using controlled AI runs that we review and edit before publishing — it is not real-time AI generated for each user. The chatbot uses live AI (Gemini 1.5 Flash) but is capped at 20 messages per user per day during the preview to control infrastructure cost.

When you exhaust your token allocation, you may submit a re-application form requesting another credit grant. The form collects updated profile information, structured product feedback, and a link to a Google Review you posted. This data is used to improve NHCC and to validate that you have engaged with the platform — it is not shared externally. Naved personally reviews each re-application within one business day.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our service:

• Phone number — used for login via OTP. We do not share this with third parties.
• Email address — optional, used for notifications and receipts.
• CV / Resume (PDF) — stored securely, used only for profile matching and talent placement. You may request deletion at any time.
• Payment data — we do not store card numbers. Payments via JazzCash/Easypaisa are processed externally. We store only the Transaction ID you provide for verification.
• Usage data — page visits and session data to improve the platform.
• IP address — used to detect your country for language and currency localisation only.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account via OTP
• To manage your wallet balance and subscription
• To personalise content based on your profile (discipline, industry, career goals)
• To match certified professionals with NHCC employer partners (with your consent)
• To send you the AI Morning Brief and platform updates

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• NHCC employer partners — only after you complete certification and explicitly consent to placement
• Brevo (SendinBlue) — your email address, to deliver OTP codes and platform notifications
• Google (Gemini API) — your chatbot messages, anonymised at the API call level (no user_id sent to Google), for AI response generation. Curated content is generated in controlled admin runs and stored on our infrastructure; users browsing curated content do not trigger any Google API call.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request full data deletion by emailing naved@obizworks.com. Deletion is processed within 7 business days.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — we use OTP-only authentication. CV files are stored in a restricted directory not publicly accessible.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at naved@obizworks.com to exercise any of these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
