Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using nhcc.obizworks.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

NHCC provides AI-powered career guidance, skill-gap analysis, curated educational content, and workforce intelligence for students, professionals, and businesses. Access to premium content requires an active subscription pass.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Daily Pass: Provides 24-hour access from time of activation.
• Weekly Pass: Provides 7-day access. If your subscription is active, additional days are added to the existing expiry.
• Payments are made in advance. Access is activated after manual verification of JazzCash/Easypaisa TIDs or Payoneer confirmation.
• Refund Policy: Passes are non-refundable once activated. If payment is confirmed but access is not activated within 4 hours, contact us immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering and completing your profile.
• You may not share your account credentials or access codes with others.
• You may not use the Platform to scrape content, train AI models, or resell access.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of CVs, portfolio documents, and profile information you submit.

5. Talent Program & Placement

Participation in the NHCC Talent Reservoir is voluntary. By completing certification and activating your profile for employer visibility, you consent to your anonymised profile being shared with NHCC employer partners. NHCC does not guarantee job placement or salary outcomes.

6. Content

All video content, training frameworks, morning briefs, and written materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Obizworks Private Limited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The NHCC AI chatbot and Morning Brief are powered by Google Gemini. AI responses are for guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

NHCC and Obizworks are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to career outcomes, business decisions, or third-party payment disputes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or attempt to abuse the platform's systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
