Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using nhcc.obizworks.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

NHCC provides AI-curated career guidance, skill-development content, industry trends, and workforce intelligence for students, professionals, and businesses. During the soft-launch preview, all features are free; long-form content is curated weekly by our team using controlled AI runs that we review and edit before publishing.

3. Soft-Launch Tokens & Re-application

• Each new account receives a welcome credit of 1,000 internal tokens at registration. Tokens fund AI-related actions on the platform (chat messages, skill-gap analyses, training recommendations, etc.).
• When your token balance reaches zero, you may submit a re-application form requesting another credit grant. The form collects updated profile information, structured product feedback, and a link to a Google Review you posted.
• Re-applications are reviewed by Naved Haqqi personally, typically within one business day. Approval grants another 1,000 tokens. Rejection (e.g. for fraudulent Google Review links, bot-like submissions) is at sole discretion.
• The token system is internal — tokens have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

4. Subscriptions & Payments (when paid tiers reopen)

• Daily Pass: Provides 24-hour access from time of activation.
• Weekly Pass: Provides 7-day access. If your subscription is active, additional days are added to the existing expiry.
• Payments will be made in advance via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Payoneer. Access is activated after manual verification of the Transaction ID.
• Refund Policy: Paid passes are non-refundable once activated. Soft-launch (free-tier) usage carries no refund eligibility because no payment is involved. If a paid payment is confirmed but access is not activated within 4 hours, contact us immediately.

5. Content Curation Transparency

During soft-launch preview, the following content types are pre-authored by our team using controlled AI runs that we review and edit before publishing: career briefs, skill-gap analyses, industry trends digests, training recommendations, and career-path mapping. The chatbot uses live AI (Google Gemini 1.5 Flash), capped at 20 messages per user per day during the preview to control infrastructure cost.

This is intentional. AI-generated content can be excellent or it can be wrong — we'd rather give you content that has been read by a human than content that ships unsupervised.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering and completing your profile.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You may not use the Platform to scrape content, train AI models on our outputs, or resell access.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of CVs, portfolio documents, and profile information you submit.
• If you submit a Google Review for re-application credits, the review must be honest and reflect your actual experience with NHCC. Fake or paid reviews are grounds for account termination.

7. Talent Program & Placement

Participation in the Obizworks Talent Reservoir is voluntary. By completing certification and activating your profile for employer visibility, you consent to your anonymised profile being shared with employer partners. NHCC does not guarantee job placement or salary outcomes.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All video content, training frameworks, curated briefs, and written materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Obizworks. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission. Your own profile data, CVs, and uploaded materials remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The NHCC chatbot is powered by Google Gemini. Curated content is produced with AI assistance, reviewed and edited by our team before publishing. Both should be considered guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

NHCC and Obizworks are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to career outcomes, business decisions, or third-party payment disputes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment or review activity, or attempt to abuse the platform's systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
